Re-Visiting a Favorite
A friend recently welcomed a new addition to her family, and it gave me a reason to pull an older set out to play with. Truth is, I'd been looking for a reason to use Moon Baby again; I couldn't wait to color with my Stampin' Blends!
If you don't know my story, I became aware of Stampin' Up!® because of Moon Baby. Cards using the set kept popping up on Pinterest and I fell in love. Just as I'd hoped, the Blends were a dream to work with. Zero streaks on the moon; absolutely pure color.
It's All In the Details
I used the Blends to color my Stitched Shapes Circle with the light & dark Night of Navy to create a gradient. Since this element was blue (for the night sky) I made the baby boy's romper green. I tied it all together with the Old Olive gradient DSP from the Color Theory stack,
I hope you like the card I made. It's currently on it's way to the happy family. I'll see you after the weekend with a project using the new Bird Banter set.
