Independence Day, The Stampin' Way
As we get ready to celebrate July 4th, I've been thinking back on some of my more memorable summer celebrations. One of my favorites to date was two years ago, holding my then one year old on my lap watching her first fireworks show.
This is one of those memories that I know she will not remember, but I will always cherish. I'm hoping to create many more moments like this with her, starting with this Independence Day.
Making a Splash This Summer
I've given myself a lot to handle lately, and July is dedicated to slowing down and catching up. My card rack at Encinitas Surfboards has been in need of a revamping and I'm starting off with two of my favorite new stamp sets!
Message in a Bottle is going to be a fun mix of my current stash and Stampin' Up!® product. You'll be seeing a post about those designs early this month. Magical Mermaid will also be making her debut on the blog before month's end. This lovely creature is SO FUN to color!
I mentioned earlier that I was slowing down; I've held eight events over the past month and I'm exhausted! Looking ahead, I will be holding four events per month. These will include 2 classes, a Paper Pumpkin Meetup and a Christmas Card Club starting in September. Look for more info on that in August!
